Yes. Replace, remove, or add items in the word list before generating the batch.
Will every card layout be different?
Yes within one supported batch. Cards can share some squares, but the generator rejects duplicate layouts.
How do I save the cards as a PDF?
Choose Print batch, then use Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.
